Be mindful of the trust placed by the customers and of the responsibility to render professional vacation rental services.

Employ and practice legal and truthful advertising.

Fairly disclose the obligation of both the owner/company and the customer at the time of inception of the agreement and fulfill owner/company obligation in an expeditious manner.

Respond within a reasonable period of time to any customer complaint and make every reasonable effort to satisfy the needs of the customer.

Further the public interest by contributing to the development of a better understanding of the vacation rental industry.

Exercise social responsibility.
