Our aim is for you to have the holiday of a lifetime and to give you that WOW factor from the minute you walk through our door. <br /> <br /> Our luxury, fully air conditioned villa had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all with full baths, showers, haridryer stations, liquid soap and lotion dispensors). The View - villa can sleep a maximum of 10 and has two master suites; so can easily accommodate two families and is lovingly furnished to the highest standard with nothing being too much trouble to ensure that your stay in our villa is anything but perfect. <br /> <br /> Special Reasons to Choose 'The View' on Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee Florida. <br /> <br /> Not all villas are the same, we are private owners who delights in offering those extra special little touches such as Fancy Dress Clothes for our younger guests, fishing rods to enjoy out back in the lake, a hand held sat nav, wireless internet, a extra large park BBQ, 50 inch flat screen TV in the great room, 42 inch in the master bedroom and 32 iinch in the queen bedroom. One of the twin bedrooms is themed with Winnie the Pooh and there is a 7 foot pool table and a foosball table in the fabulous fully air conditioned Den with a PS2 and games, DVD collection, books, toys and board games for all the family to enjoy. There is a personal Fitness Studio in the garage so that you can keep up with your fitness regime whilst on vacation. <br /> <br /> We even supply a teapot for that much needed cuppa and sun hats to help protect from the sun rays and rain ponchos by the door in case of the very occasional downpour!!
