Area Description: Waikiki beach! Home of the famous Beach Boys, surfing, outrigger canoes, Duke's Restaurant, Diamond Head, shopping and restaurants. You can venture all around on foot to the Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, the zoo, original hotels, and much more. You can jump on "the Bus" and travel around the island. There are many local companies that will pick you up and bus you to Haunama Bay for snokeling, Pearl Habor for site seeing that also has the Mighty Mo with tours, and other site seeing trips. Rent a car for trips to the Northshore, Haleiwa, Sunset Beach, Chinaman's Hat (Mokolii Island), or the white sand beach of Lanikai.

Cancellation Policy
Storm policy: Refunds will not be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation of the area. If such an evacuation is ordered, we will refund:
A. Any unused portion of the rent for a guest currently staying at the unit.
B. Any unused portion of rent from a guest who is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the storm/hurricane warning is lifted.
C. Any advance rent collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the warning period.
Any exceptions to the above policies must be agreed to by both parties in writing and in advance. Guests agree that violation of the terms of this agreement will result in termination of occupancy and that they will remedy any damages or expenses they cause. Upon receipt of final payment by owners/manager the tenants/guests acknowledges receipt, acceptance, and compliance of the ?Building/Unit Policies?.
