On request there is an extra double bedroom available (on the ground floor, with its own entrance).<br /> <br /> Our cottage Rustico is about 75 m from our home and looks into the valley. You have a lot of privacy. On the ground floor you find a fully equipped kitchen, dinner corner and sleeping room (two singles. Via an external staircase you reach the first floor with two connected rooms: the sitting room with sat-TV+DVD and the double sleeping room (king-size bed).<br /> The bathroom, only reachable from outside, has a shower, toilet, bidet (very Italian!) and a washbasin. The cottage has central heating. Garden chairs are available to sit outside. Pets allowed after consultation; smoking allowed.<br /> Furthermore there is a little garden house with 3 single beds, to be used only during the summer.<br /> <br /> Our romantic cottage in the Borgo is furnished for 2 persons and has its own parking place (behind the cottage), a little garden with panoramic view, a front garden and the cottage itself with a balcony and a little terrace. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the groundfloor and on the first floor a sitting room and a kitchen. The cottage is tastefully and completely furnishedt. The borgo has central (floor)heating.
