This executive home is appointed with the finest furnishings and amenities to make your vacation stress free.The villa is in a wonderful location and development within a gated community at Highgate Park, Davenport convenient to the major area attractions including Sea World?, Universal Studios? and of course, Walt Disney World?!
This executive home is great value. For the price of a hotel room you can get the whole house and pool to yourself. The home is perfect to accommodate 8 to 10 guests.
The villa has fantastic family accommodation: there are two master bedrooms with dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom, making this home perfect for two families to share on vacation.
It is fully air-conditioned, have a lounge and dining area, Digital cable TV, DVD, telephone, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, linens and towels, hairdryers, free local and national telephone calls, free wireless internet and much more amenities.
Our spacious home have a private swimming pool and Spa(pool heating not included), sun deck with patio furniture. After a hard day at shopping, golfing or enjoying all of the fantastic attractions of Central Florida, take a well deserved dip in your private pool or just soak up the Florida Sun!

The neighbourhood is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions, shops, supermarkets and restaurants, which are only a few minutes away. This community has become very popular because of the newer, high quality homes and peaceful surroundings which also feature a childrens play area and tennis courts.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation not less than 8 weeks prior to the actual booking date, the signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure that the signed cancellation letter reaches the owner. Email cancellations are not acceptable. The reservation deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is received after 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the signatory is liable to pay the full balance of the final invoice. If the owner is successful in re letting the property for all or part of the reservation period, the full balance or the part balance of the final invoice will be refunded. The owners reserve the right to cancel any bookings providing written notice is given and any balance paid refunded. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control, necessitate cancellation of the booking, we will refund any monies paid to the party leader. (Without interest, compensation or consequential loss of any kind).
