Area Description: We are in a 24 hour gated oceanfront Exclusive Private Community of Mision Viejo, in Primo Tapia. This small town is just 5 minutes south of of the famous lobster village of Puerto Nuevo. FOXPLORATION, Fox Studios is only 12 minutes north of us. Winery tours to Valley de Guadalupe are available, fishing, surfing, swimming, sunbathing, beachwalking, relaxation, fine dining experiences are all enjoyed here. There are 3 golf courses within 20-30 minutes of us and there is horseback riding on the beach nearby.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property


Rental rates are based on number of guests, length of stay & time of the year. WEEKLY rates vary from $1,000/week to $2,500. WEEKEND rates $250-400/night.
