Description - A Nurse's Retreat Vacation Home Rental
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room with fireplace. The Master Bedroom has a large bathroom complete with shower which leads to the pool. The pool is considered a kidney and a half sized pool with a built in loveseat at the deeper end. The screen enclosed deck area has a lovely table for eating meals outdoors. Outside of the screened area is a small fish pond, complete with Goldfish and Koi. Former visits have been known to leave a fish behind in the pond! Once you stay in Port Orange, you will want to make it your vacation spot for many years to come.

At the end of your stay if you think you would like to return, I offer to apply your $250 security deposit to your next stay. I also will not require a "Security Deposit" with the next stay if you have left my home in great condition. Your trust was earned :)
- Rates are based on an occupancy of: 8
- Minimum stay: 7 nights
- Cleaning fee: $100
- Other fees: $250 refundable security deposit

Cancellation Policy
I will refund time. If, for an example, you had booked for one of the special events and couldn't keep your reservation, you can rebook at another time as long as you were trading special event for special event, etc. You can offer your time to other family members or friends, as long as it is about the same amount of people, etc. If you have applied monies toward your vacation, you will be able to apply that money toward your vacation when you can reschedule so you won't be losing your money.
