Power is provided by the Sun and stored for electrical / energy use. Rainwater is stored and purified. Food from the land is from seasonal gardens and orchards.<br /> <br /> <p>At our 1550 ft elevation, morning weather is typically sunny with comfortable temps in the mid 70’s to low 80’s: Rain (seasonal) mid - late afternoons and / or early evenings.
