Perfect for your holidays or getway in Lisbon.

A lot of public transports takes you door to door to every interesting points of Lisbon and surroundings.

Its a second floor remodeled apartment with 40 m2 with bedroom with queen bed (150x200), a little living room with sofa single bed, a complete bathroom, a kitchen and meals area. It has storage area.

Walkers can reach riverbank area in five minutes and walk or joging along the river, reaching Docas de Alcantara (Alcantara Docks and Marina) area with restaurants, bars and amusing nightlife, or Belém Marina near World Heritage Monastry of Jerónimos. If you prefer you can take a Tejo cruise or go to the nearest beach ( Carcavelos, Estoril or Cascais) by picking the train in Alcantara Railway station at (500 meters).

  • Lodging Tax: 0%

Cancellation Policy
Reservation: 20% of total amount, through Paypal or bank transfer. Reservation fee is not refundable.

Remaining payment in cash upon arrival.

Security deposit of 150 euro for short time rentals or 300 euro for long time rentals in cash upon arrival.
