Any cancellation or amendment to the term of this Lease Agreement must be submitted in writing and is subject to the following charges: Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to arrival date – full rental deposit returned less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation between 4 and 8 weeks prior to arrival date – 50% of the rental deposit is returned less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation 4 weeks or less prior to arrival date – 100% of the rental deposit is forfeited. Alterations to the term of this Lease Agreement, where applicable, are subject to a $25.00 amendment fee.
