Ashwood Hill Cottage is a fully furnished two story log home, with two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with digital satellite television, VCR, DVD, and stereo, and a wood-burning Vermont Castings fireplace/stove, laundry facilities available for longer stays. One bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the other with twin beds that may be joined into one large one, a particularly nice way for two couples to enjoy the cottage. Hiking trails to Crabtree Falls and fishing in spectacular Goshen Pass are just minutes away.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property

- Minimum stay: 0 nights
- Other fees: Pets $25 1st night, $10 add'l nights
- Security deposit: 50%
- Lodging Tax: 11%
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $25 service charge, will be made if cancellation is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date, thirty (30) days for weeklong stays, holidays and special events. If cancellation is made within fourteen days, we will either (1) refund your deposit, less the service charge, if we are able to rebook the dates, or (2) issue a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit good toward a future stay of greater than two (2) nights in the event we are unable to rebook the dates. This gift certificate will be valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation and may not be used on holidays, special event dates or in October. Sorry, there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
