There is a minimum stay of 4 nights in low and mid seasons and 6 nights in the high and peak seasons.
Weekly rate till 4 persons: €510,- ( per night €85,-)
Discount for Monthly rate till 4 persons: €1530,-
Long term stay, more than 2 months, the monthly rate will be charged till 4 persons: €1100,-
For the 5th and 6th person: €85,- extra per person per week.
Refundable €300,- security breakage deposit required, to be paid on the spot and can be make in your own coin The security deposit will be returned if there are no damages done to the apartment or missing things.

Administration charges: €35,-
Extra Options:
Airport transfer vica versa: €75,-
Use Wireless Broadband Internet access: €10,- per week.
Payment through online banking money transfer, details will be given into the invoice or using your PAYPAL account with your debit or credit card.
