The lounge has TV with Sky Digital, video and DVD; fridge; tea/coffee-making facilities; TVs in both bedrooms. Continental breakfast is part of the tariff. <br /> <br /> Our large modern home is set in landscaped grounds. Good off-street parking provided. Our guest suite, which is upstairs, includes 2 bedrooms, a guest lounge, separate bathroom and roof-level deck. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and TV. The second bedroom contains twin beds and TV. The guest lounge includes Sky Digital TV, video and a DVD player. The roof-level deck provides a very pleasant area for socialising or enjoying your breakfast and offers views of our garden and across Waikato river. Although containing 2 bedrooms, only 1 booking is accepted at a time so you will have exclusive use of the guest suite. Because of the stairs the suite may not be suitable for small children.
