Description - Awesome Cabin On A Creek
Browns creek retreat is a beautiful new long cabin with hardwood floors and oriental rugs and lots of windows onto the creek with lots of deck to sit on and listen to the water....even in the winter it is green going up the moutain in back.......deck is wrap around deck........there is also a basement..............and vaulted ceilings......master bedroom is downstairs with two up and a loft.......Browns Creek has wireless internet, cable tv and free long distance and a fax should you need it. It also has air conditioning which is rarely needed. There is a swing near the creek and an air hockey table in the basement.Summers are cool and beautiful on the creek

What is so special about Browns Creek is that it is not only very comfortable but decorated beautifully also. the washer/dryer is in the basement along with an air hockey table and tv for the kids to play their games on.
the creek is especially nice for kids and adults alike to play in.
Also, we are located near shopping. You feel the privacy but not so secluded that you get out out and enjoy a little shopping and dining. You are an hour away from Asheville and all they have to offer without all the traffic. It is a very special place that brings my guest back year after year.
Mt. Mitchell is the mountain behind us and the parkway is seven miles away and also Mt. Mitchell Golf Club is six miles alway boasting one of the top 100 golf courses from NY to Floida. Its truly beautiful with a beautiful dining area sit on either the front porch or the creekside and plan your day trips if you can stand to leave for the day.
Also, the South Toe is known for wonderful fishing and that is two miles away. Its an amazing area loaded with things to do including hiking, fishing, horseback riding and much more.........Dont forget gem mining in Spruce Pine

Area Description: there are many dining places, Asheville, Biltmore mansion, Grove Park Inn, Blue Ridge Parkway, Golfing down the street at one of the top one hundred on the east coast. Mount Mitchell is less than an hour away along with Grandfather Mountain, the south toe river host some of the best fishing in the mountains and the local artist are by the hundreds. Burnsville is an awesome town lots of things to do.

must advise three weeks prior unless talking to owner about the situation. We are kind. We supply trash bags and we ask you take your refuse to the recycle center which is right off route 80. also, clean your fireplace out if used. I dont charge cleaning fee so we are on the honor system. If you dont mind taking you sheets and towels down to laundry and putting one load in. I supply all cleaning soaps. Thank you as that will help Lillian.

Mitchell Golf Club and the entrance to the Parkway........there is anything and everything you would want to do.....shopping, dining, antiquing, arts and crafts, hiking, exploring, horse back riding, fishing, tubing ..............so much more...Browns creek is 895 a week and that includes all. There is a damage deposit that will be torn up when housecleaning comes in and makes sure all is well.
