Cancellation Policy
1/2 rental fee required to hold reservation--refunded in full if cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. After 30 days, deposit will be refunded if property can be rented. A 3% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Full rental fee due 14 days before arrival.

Balsam is a wonderful location outside of the usual traffic and crowds of other mountain destinations, but it is convenient to all mountain activities.
