This charming 100-year-old cottage is refurbished to include polished floors and persian rugs and also wireless broadband! The cottage is fully self-contained and has all quality linen and kitchen items, washing machine and drier. Convenient parking. Very reasonable nightly tariff. Weekly tariff available.This cottage accommodates up to six guests, and is situated in Ponsonby, the colonial heart of Auckland, New Zealand. Ponsonby has many cafes and restaurants, art and jewelery shops, boutique fashion shops... all just a five-minute walk away!
The cottage has polished wooden floors, persian rugs, colonial furniture, and has been recently redecorated throughout. It has a fully equipped kitchen and sleeps up to six people. There are four bedrooms, two with a queen bed and two with a single (twin) bed. Free wireless internet service is provided.

Reservations will be automatically cancelled in cases where guests fail to arrive by midnight on the day of arrival, unless special arrangements have been made.
