BEACH-OCEAN-VACATION <br /><br />We have a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom condo, located in the private gated community of North Coast Village, Oceanside, California. The one-bedroom sleeps four and two bedroom sleeps six.<br /> Just picture you and your family spending a relaxing beach vacation on one of the best beaches in Southern California. You can’t find a better vacation spot for the family or for a romantic get away for a couple. The beaches are uncrowded, very clean, and safe. Oceanside is often rated as having the best all around yearly beach climate in the nation.<br /> <br /> The spectacular beach is so close, you don’t even have to cross a road to swim in the ocean or make sandcastles in the sand or ride the surf. Surfing is excellent and you can join in the fun or just watch the surfers catch a good wave. All you need is your bathing suit. Games, beach chairs, boogie boards, and ice chest are provided.<br /> <br /> After the trip to the beach, your family will enjoy the heated pool and the spacious spa in the complex. This tropical resort is complete with two pools, Jacuzzis, workout room, ping pong tables, pool tables, cascading waterfalls, koi ponds, and lush tropical gardens. Also included is a reserved, covered parking space. The complex has an office and twenty-four hour security.<br /> <br /> Your evenings will include strolls along the miles of sandy beach, playing pool or table tennis in the North Coast Village recreation facility, or browsing the harbor shops. If golf is your game, there are more than 25 courses within a half-hour drive.<br /> <br /> Enjoy the many restaurants within easy walking or driving conditions. There is Ruby’s (a 50’s diner) on the pier, Monterey Cannery, Jolly Roger, Joe’s Crab Shack, and several other choices in the Marina. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a new cable tv with dvd, and a private bath with granite countertops. The second bedroom is ready for any surfer. There is a queen bed with twin size bunk beds, also a full-size futon with deluxe mattress and new tv with a dvd player. <br /> <br /> You will have the opportunity to explore the various attractions of San Diego County including LegoLand, Wild Animal Park, the famous San Diego Zoo, and Sea World. Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm are within an hour’s driving time. The adventuresome can take about a one-hour trip to Mexico.

5 out of 5	We first rented this condo last year as a local getaway. We were so happy with our time spent here. Lovely view of the koi pond and waterfalls with the ocean just down the path. The spacious,clean, peaceful setting was wonderful.. The gated oasis on the ocean and the marina is lively with live music and shops just scenic walk over the bridge ,the pier and shops just the other way. This rental offered the perfect family get away. We have since rented the other unit with fabulous ocean views for a full week this summer. NOthing better! The owners are wonderful and add a homey touch with flowers,cookies and champagne.... Can't beat it. Thank you!! Also, keep in mind all the amenities of the grounds -the pools,club house,ping pong,pool table,koi pond,putting green . Truly a perfect family vacation getaway! Julie Daga - Aug 22, 2011
