There are 2 seperate condos in the building each with a bath, dining area, and kitchnette. The downstairs has 2 queen beds and the upstairs has a king bed and a sitting area. The casita is within easy walking distance of a number of excellent restaurants, grocery store, a dive shop, and YalKu Lagoon. Everything else you need is in town - more restaurants, a spa, 2 grocery stores, launder, tennis courts, an eco-center with a money exchange & dive shop, a native fruit & veggie market, a yoga studio and more. North Akumal is near the Mayan ruins of Tulum & Coba, Atun Chen Caves, eco-parks of Xel-Ha and Xcheret and wonderful fresh water cenotes.
