If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 46 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF ARRIVAL, you will forfeit all sums paid, unless Rentavillas is able to find a tenant willing to assume your reservation at the same or greater cost.
