Our beautiful five bedroom, three bathroom Bella Villa, located in upscale Indian Point will have you relaxing in air conditioned comfort. Enjoy many amenities of this squeaky clean Non-Smoking home, including a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, washer and dryer for your laundry, free high speed internet for your laptop, and a game room with eight foot billiards table and seven and a half foot air hockey table.The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and en-suite Master bath. The other bedrooms include a queen bed, two full-size beds, and two twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TV and/or DVD. The pool overlooks a beautiful wooded conservation area, this provides great privacy. A large soothing hot tub sits pool-side, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after long days at the theme parks. We also provide tennis equipment (tennis courts nearby), a large cooler on wheels (for trips to the grocery store or packing a lunch to take to the parks), board games, Xbox video game system with games, books and movies for all ages.
**ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION :
* Please inquire about last minute deals
* A 5% discount is applied to second week, 10% to third week.
* Pool and Jacuzzi Heat $120 weekly if requested.
* Rates Do Not Include Required 13% Tax.
* ADD $95 Cleaning Fee for stays under six nights.
* A deposit of $150 per week must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a Security Deposit of $175. The Security Deposit will be returned to the Tenant 21 days after the completion of the stay as long as any key(s) are returned and no damage or loss is reported to the Owner�s Management Company.

Cancellation Policy
If the Tenant wishes to cancel the booking he or she should advise the Owner immediately by telephone followed by a
confirmation letter. The Owner shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the Security Deposit) and to
recover, if not already paid, the balance of the payment as follows:
30 -60 days notice: 50% or the rental charge.
Less than 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge.
If the Tenant wishes to cancel the booking he or she should advise the Owner immediately by telephone followed by a
