It is centrally located on Norman Manley Blvd. in Negril, across from the Negril Seven-Mile White Sand Beach.

1 night stay requires full payment within 24 hrs.
Stays greater than one (1) night requires a 25% deposit of the total reservation and is due within 24 hrs. Balance is due upon arrival.
For reservations cancelled 30 to 45 days prior to arrival, the client will receive a full refund on monies paid.
For reservations cancelled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival, the client will fifty percent (50%) on monies paid
For reservations cancelled 0 to 14 days prior to arrival, the client will receive NO refund on monies paid
For NO SHOWS, there will be NO refund
