Large and Well Supplied Family Home, Perfect Location on a Beautifully Landscaped 1 Acre Lot. Large Pool, Hot Tub, and Great Views too!
This home has an open living area layout with vaulted ceilings in the Great Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room, as well as in the Master and 1 of the other bedrooms. You don't need A/C here! Our guests rave about this being the perfect location! We have had many say that they felt calmed and relaxed as soon as they entered:
"The home has a great feel to it".
Perfect for a couple that enjoys their privacy, a large family, or a few couples sharing expenses. The huge west facing (Sunsets!) covered lanai has an additional 650 sq feet of living space. It is like having 4 more rooms, and features the large Hot Tub, an additional seating and dining area, and a small Tiki bar as well. The lanai faces the large pool/sun deck with a 35 X 18ft pool, plenty of sun furniture and a BBQ area.
The Home, Lanai, and Pool are all on the same level. This is NOT a "bare bones" rental, it is well equipped, well decorated and well furnished. Home is owner occupied for several months a year, so it has many extras. It will feel like your own place! Kitchen is large and VERY well equipped and has an additional bar/counter that seats 4, inside and outside dining areas each seat 6. Many extras provided with this home, beach equipment, assorted high quality snorkel gear, and boogie boards too! Also a nice assortment of family / children's games and Movies.
This home includes Phone, WiFi Internet, Cable TV (2), DVD/VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen with many extra appliances, Microwave, stove/oven and an additional toaster oven, Dishwasher, large Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Blender, Spices & Condiments, barware, all cookware, utensils, and sundries, Ample Towels and quality Linens provided, Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer, laundry supplies, Pool (Private), and Gas Grill. Reservation deposit of $100.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation . 50% of the balance will be due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the remaining due at 30 days.
We accept personal checks and money orders, also bank transfers, Visa, Master Card and AMEX (thru Paypal)
Our Liberal Cancellation Policy available by request.
Bookings for Ironman and Holidays require a 7 night Minimum, and are not refundable unless cancellation requested 90 days prior.

Twice weekly Pool and Spa maintenance is included free of charge, pre-arrival grocery shopping available at cost. You will have no worries here! The property managers cottage is located on the lower 1/4 of the 1 acre property. They are quiet and respect your privacy totally, but are there for any questions, directions, or advice you may need!

We stayed here in October and had a great time. It was hard for us to motivate ourselves to go out and see the island, we loved the house so much. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could think of, and the pool was big and kept very clean. I can't say enough about how helpful the owners were for giving advice and directions. They even brought us fresh Aloe when my son in law got too much sun at the beach one day! We all highly recommend this home. We've stayed at many Vacation Rentals, and this was BY FAR the most comfortable and well equipped. Mahalo!
