Winter activities includes snowmobiling and sledding (cabin is located right on trails), snow boarding, ice fishing and many more. In summertime, water skiing (20 minutes from Deercreek reservoir and Jordanelle), cool air, hiking, ATV's, mountain biking, great fishing in lakes and streams, horseback riding, golfing, Alpine slides in Park City.
