Featuring two bedrooms on different floors with comfortable king-size double beds, private toilette for the bedroom upstairs, open space sitting room, kitchen with all appliances dishwasher included, bathroom with combined bath tub-shower, bidet, washing machine, independent central heating, air conditioning, garage.<br /> <br /> The house is bathed by the sun but, also in hot summers, you will enjoy a pleasant temperature as the sea breeze softly blows at your balcony. Even in winter the climate is lovely thanks to the warm Mediterranean waters and to the high mountains, up to one thousand meters high, that protect Erchie from the northern winds.

I'm the owner of beautiful holiday home in Erchie on the Amalfi Coast only a few kilometers from Amalfi, Pompeii, Positano, Paestum and Ravello. Since I do not use it for long periods, I rent this apartment, only to selected guests :-) , when I do not need it.

The house is built on rocky slopes, some 30 meters high above the beach and the views from the balcony on the Mediterranean sea and the tiny, romantic village of Erchie below are impressive.

The apartment of 95 square meters is within a private, gated property, on two floors. It’s new, comfortable, with elegant modern furniture, very light, sunny with a balcony facing the sea. Featuring two bedrooms on different floors with comfortable king-size double beds, private toilette for the bedroom upstairs, open space sitting room, kitchen with all appliances dishwasher included, bathroom with combined bath tub-shower, bidet, washing machine, independent central heating, air conditioning, garage.

The house is bathed by the sun but, also in hot summers, you will enjoy a pleasant temperature as the sea breeze softly blows at your balcony. Even in winter the climate is lovely thanks to the warm Mediterranean waters and to the high mountains, up to one thousand meters high, that protect Erchie from the northern winds.
