Description - Bed and Breakfast Seattle
Eagle's View B&B is a Seattle area Bed and Breakfast and offer two rooms for rent on a nightly basis. We serve a gourmet breakfast at 8:30 each morning on fine china, linen, and crystal. We live in a super quiet and safe neighborhood just a few miles from downtown Seattle and the Seatac International airport. We are located above Seahurst Beach Park which has about 5,000 feet of sandy beach and miles of hiking trails.Our house has been completely renovated from top to bottom over the past 8 years and we finally completed it in April of 2010. Teri and I did most of the work and it was a labor of love since we plan to stay here for the rest of our lives. The view here is amazing and most people who stay say the pictures just don't do it justice. We are 400 feet above the Puget Sound (an inlet from the Ocean) and have an unobstructed view of the Olympic Mountains and the Puget Sound. We have several Bald Eagle's that live a few blocks away from us at thus the name "Eagle's View Bed and Breakfast.
You can usually see them sitting in their tree from our deck. We live at the end of the cul-de-sac on a ridge line a mile from any busy streets and are surrounded by the Seahurst Beach Park on three sides. Since we are at the end of the cul-de-sac, we have pie shaped lot and it provides us with complete privacy on both sides of the house. You cannot see any of our neighbors from the deck and you have the view to yourself for a very romantic getaway. We even have an area down a trail boarded by 12 foot cedar hedges that opens to another private viewing area that is not visible from the house or deck - again for your complete privacy and romance. The natural surrounding provide an excellent bird watching experience. We have even seen whales and porpoises from the deck. We have an active shipping lane as well and as the tankers and tugboats pass by you can hear the waves crashing on the beach below. If you are looking for a Seattle Bed and Breakfast and don't want to be downtown in the middle of all the city noise, this might just be the place for you. Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Summer Season requires two night minimum stay from May through September. Rates in the Summer are $189 for the Sound View Room and $209 for the Garden View Room. These rates can be reduced by $20 per night if you do not want the breakfast. Winter rates are reduced another $20 per night per room and only require a one night stay.

- Minimum stay: 1 nights
- Lodging Tax: 9.50%
Cancellation Policy
• If you cancel within 7 days prior to your stay, or are a no show, your credit card will be charged for the full amount unless another guest can be secured for that time period. There are no refunds on early departures.
RULES AND REGULATIONS YOU MUST AGREE TO:
• Check in time is 3:00PM. You can check you bags in early – call us.
• If you are arriving at a later time let us know so we can be here for you.
• Check out time is 11:00AM.
• Gourmet hot breakfast is served at 8:30AM
• Cold breakfast can be arranged for early departures.
• NO open flames or candles allowed in the house.
• NO heavy drinking. If you become drunk you will be asked to leave.
• NO SMOKING in the house. There are areas outside with ashtrays.
• NO Pets are allowed and none live here at Eagles View B&B.
• NO Children unless they are at least 10 years old.
• The Sound View room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
• The Garden View room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

We are 4 miles from Seatac International airport and 9 miles to downtown Seattle with minimum traffic on Hwy 509. A nonstop and no transfer bus is available to downtown Seattle one half mile from house with free parking. there is a lite rail system to dowtown Seattle 4 miles away with free parking. Burien has a fantastic hometown selection of restaurants, wine tasting taverns, bakeries, and shops. We are in a very safe neighborhood for walking, hiking, biking, jogging, or strolling along the sandy beach. We have safe off street parking available for free. We have only been in business since 2008 and already have over 60 five star reviews on google.
