There is a large front porch with rocking chairs. There is a large back deck <br /> leading off from the dining area through sliding glass doors. The back deck has an outstanding view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Bearwallow Mountain, Sugarloaf Mountain. The back deck is private and has a table and chairs . Also, a charcoal grill. There is a window unit air conditioner and a paddle fan in the living room and propane gas heat. <br /> <br /> SEASONAL RATES: May 15- Oct. 15 is $3,500.00. No tax is due when staying 90 days or longer. <br /> <br /> MONTHLY RATES: $1,200.00 + 11% tax. Guests pay their <br /> electric & propane when staying by the month or season. <br /> <br /> WEEKLY RATES: $550.00 + 11% tax. <br /> <br /> NIGHTLY RATES: $125.00 + 11% tax (two night minimum). <br /> <br /> Send deposit and I'll return confirmation & directions how to get here. <br /> <br /> LATE ARRIVALS: It will be easier to find the place if you arrive during the daylight hours.
