The Blue Pearl Cottage has Awesome Ocean views from inside the cottage, This 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage sleeps 5 in beds 7 using comfortable futon couch in livingroom. Ocean views from window seat, dining table, livingroom, kitchen, master bedroom and front porch. Ocean is only 30 feet away at high tide, hear the waves crashing and the smell the salt air as it puts you to sleep. The cottage is decorated in a nautical theme Fully stocked kitchen with many appliances coffee maker, microwave, blenders,george forman grill, even a lobster pot. Livingroom seats 6 comfortable nice tv with cable and dvd player, we have movies for adults and kids and games for those not so sunny days. Master bedroom has a new comfortable queen size mattress tv/cable dresser and night stands and clock. second bedroom has a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top, dresser, night stand, tv/cable, all beds come with blankets and pillows, we can supply linens for a small fee. Nice size bathroom with brand new shower/ tub, laundry room located off the bathroom. Cottage is open all year round.Photos of this Vacation Rental Property

Area Description: Two miles south of Old Orchard. Located where the Saco River meets the ocean. Five miles to Funtown, a theme & water park 7 miles to the Aquaboggin a water park; 10 minutes to major supermarkets. Saco is half-way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. About 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area. Close by are 3 restaurants, bait & tackle shop, an ice cream & gift shops, a mile-long jetty to fish off of or just to walk on. Go to the dock and watch the lobster boats come and go you can go deep sea fishing, do crabbing off the docks. There are tour boats for sight seeing and kayak rentals near by

Many sea treasures can be found like sand dollars and starfish, hermet crabs and shells. Camp ellis beach is the start of the longest sandy beach in Maine.
