Parking at your back door makes loading in and out quick and simple. Entering from the rear into the fully equipped -full size eat in kitchen. A short hallway leads to bedroom 1 which includes bathroom access and a private patio on courtyard with an ocean view. Ascending the stairs at the entrance in the kitchen leads directly to the family room. Th family room opens to a deck balcony overlooking the ocean and courtyard. The family room is includes a modern sleeper (queen size) sofa, a flat screen lcd hd tv with a surroud sound system. Directly in back of the family roomi is the master bedroom with king size bed. The decor is colorful and vibrant. The upstairs and downstairs bedroom plan provides plenty of privacy for everyone while the common areas, kitchen and family room and deck/patio provided ample room for enjoying each others company. The fully equipped kitchen offers the opportunity for easy meal preparation. If cooking is too much trouble (you are on vacation!), you are an easy walk to many great restaurants including Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s, The Crab Trap, The Whale’s Tale, and Pompano Joe's right across the street.

Trip insurance can be obtained from independent providers such as “Insure my trip” .
