It is ideally placed between Marbella and Fuengirola with lovely beaches only 5 minutes away. Bonita Hills is set on a secure, electric gated complex with 2 stunning pools and tropical gardens. This makes it ideal for families with young children, couples and golfing enthusiasts as the nearest golf course is only 3 minutes away.
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is finished to the highest standard with modern architectural details, marble floors throughout and quality German fittings. Both bedrooms have en - suite bathrooms with access to terraces, the front bedroom gives superb views of the Mediterranean sea and the back bedroom has views of the pool and tropical gardens.
You will find the apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.
Satellite tv, Dvd player, Cd System are provided and Wi - Fi * is also available for a small charge.

PLEASE NOTE: A booking may commence on the same day as a booking ends for departing guests (sometimes we can be flexible so please enquire.) On a changeover day guests must vacate the apartment by 10am. Arriving guests will have access to the apartment at 4pm. Rental charges are based on occupancy of up to 6 people including infants. We require a 20% or £150 (150€) non-refundable deposit (whichever is the greatest) upon booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition to the balance , a £150 (150€) refundable security deposit against breakages/damage or lost keys is also required at this time. This will be refunded once the apartment has been checked and the keys returned following your departure.

A lovely peaceful holiday was had by mum and dad. The kids were never out of the pool. The apartment was fantastic and many home cooked meals were enjoyed on the terrace.
