Bright and airy, with 950 square feet of interior space, and a 300 square foot patio right on the golf course, our 2 bedroom resort condo is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a vacation in the sunshine.You'll love the super comfy king-sized bed in the master bedroom, the large flat screen TV and stereo in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fabulous view of the golf course and mountains from the living room and master bedroom.
We're on a quiet street in the Palm Desert Resort Country Club, in the heart of the Coachella Valley, just minutes from a wide selection of shopping and entertainment choices.
Our resort has a full par-72 championship golf course, well-stocked pro shop, large clubhouse with a great restaurant, and a fabulous tennis facility with 14 courts. There are 20 swimming pools with hot tubs spread throughout the resort, and closest one to us, is just a 2-minute walk.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Renter cancels the reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.
If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by the Renter’s Check-In Date, the Renter will be liable for 50% of the rental costs.
If the cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date, all monies paid by the Renter will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date.
The Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date.
