The living/dining areas face the lake with brand new hard wood flooring and the kitchen is fully equipped. This house is immaculately clean, the Hot Tub is always heated awaiting your arrival!<br /> <br /> There is a deck the length of the house on the first floor with lawn furnitre and a patio with picnic tables so that you can enjoy eating dinner by the lake. A charcoal grill is also provided. The Hot Tub is outside on the deck and overlooks the lake and is heated year round! There is also a deck off the loft area on the second floor as well. Life preservers are povided. Fish right from our beautiful lakefront home weather it be on the boat or just standing lakefront. Persons age 15 and older must obtain a valid PA fishing license.<br /> <br /> Since the owners clean and maintain the house and deal with you directly you need not worry about lifing a finger! <br /> <br /> There are brand new comforters on all three king size beds, along with a futon that pulls out to a full size bed and a folding twin bed in the bedroom closet.<br /> <br /> So if your looking for the perfect vacation give us a call and check for availability we would love to have you visit our Lakefront Home.
