Beachside 1 bedroom condo with heat & air <br /><br />Very nice clean cozy heated and air conditioned condo at the beach, with one bedroom and a 4 piece bathroom. That's the 14 Km long soft, stone-free sandy beach on Georgian Bay, in the resort town of Wasaga Beach, Ontario. This condo is 7 steps upstairs in a brick building the entire lower floor of which is occupied by a separate 2 bedroom condo. The one bedroom has a double bed with full bedding supplied. The living room has a pull-out couch so the condo can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped for housekeeping with an electric 2 element counter-top stove, an under the counter fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans and dishes. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player in the living room. Outside the front door is a charcoal BBQ and a picnic table with sun umbrella for your use. The building faces the provincial park and the beach is to the rear. To get to the beach just walk across the driveway and between 2 beachfront cottages to the gate into our private yard. The yard has a slide and swings for small children. Cross the sandy yard to the gate at the other side and there you are, ON THE BEACH of Georgian Bay! The waters are warm and gentle and shallow quite far out so it's a great place for children..

A little further you can find a go-kart track, batting cages, mini golf, paint ball, horseback riding and a children's activity ranch, flea market and a zoo.
