A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Final balance due 60 days prior to travel.
A $500 security deposit is required to book villa. Funds will be returned within seven days of checkout, once inventory control has been conducted.
No refunds for cancellations following final payment made 60 days prior to travel.
No Refunds for Late Arrival, Early Departure or for Any Emergencies
