Each bedroom has a king bed and a separate bath. Just above the house is the casita, a large, roomy studio with a king bed and a futon that makes into a double. Both have fantastic ocean and village views and are within walking distance to everything. They can be rented separately as a two bedroom and a studio or together as three bedrooms. They are separate structures with the casita one flight of stairs above the casa.
