Casa Magnifica: 2 BR Oceanfront Resort Condo <br /><br />When you walk into Casa Magnifica in Sea River Tower in the Holiday Inn oceanfront resort, you immediately experience peacefulness, magnificent bay, beach and city views, and the realization that the owners have gone out of their way to make sure you enjoy every possible amenity, both within the condo and on the resort property. Two private view balconies on this 7th floor condo provide for endless mornings to enjoy coffee and watch whales or dolphins, or nighttime cocktails as you relax away the day. Each of the two bedrooms has a king sized bed with a pillow top or foam topper for comfortable nights, and a television with cable channels, plus a DVD player for movies and an I-pod dock for music. One bedroom has a loveseat for relaxing, and the other has a queen sized futon with high end mattress that can also open to accommodate two additional guests. The bathrooms each boast a huge marble shower with a massaging shower head on an extended hose, upgraded bath sheets and towels, shampoo and shower soap dispenser, ample towel bars for all, and a private double wide marble vanity. A wall hung hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available for use by guests. A large closet with hangers provided also includes inflatable pool floats, a small cooler, and tons of room for clothing near each of the two baths. We tried to think of everything to make Casa Magnifica your home away from home during your stay at Sea River Tower. Don't feel like cooking? Two blocks away, there is a huge shopping center with a Soriana (kind of like Wal-Mart) store within it that has food, liquor, and just about everything else you will need.
