Cancellation Policy
All bookings no matter how long or short have an administrative surcharge fee of US$ 35. Please add this on to all bookings. The prices on our website include all taxes, utilities and fees except this us$ 35 administrative fee. Our prices include the 21% tax.

Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. Only rentals for 3 days or longer will be considered unless otherwise stated on the individual apartment page. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by Paypal, or by bank wire directly into our bank account (you pay all wire transfer fees). Or you can pay via Western Union which is available in most countries throughout the world. Please keep in mind prices on our website do NOT include a 3.5% processing charge for ALL reservations made. However, there is a 3.5% discount for cash payments or bank wire payments for the initial 50% deposit.

The remaining payment must still be in cash at the check-in.Your remaining balance will be due and must be IN CASH (we don?t accept checks, traveler checks nor credit cards) at check in. We will also collect a security deposit in the amount of U$S 800 -$3,000 (depending on the property) that will be returned to you at the check-out, provided that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived.

Security deposits may also be paid with paypal.com. Any security deposits that are made with paypal.com, please email our staff at the end of the stay to request the refund of the security deposit. Emailing us after your stay will help ensure a very fast refund of the security deposit. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing items. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3 business days to get your security deposit back if paying with paypal.com

Any cancellation made with 16 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged 3 nights rent. Any cancellation made with 10-15 days notice will be charged 4 nights rent. Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before your arrival date will have their entire deposit forfeited. Any bookings made for 3 weeks or longer that cancel will have a cancellation fee equal to the weekly rate on the property. (Please keep in mind we don't waive this cancellation policy for emergencies nor weather related airline cancellations or health problems). All cancellations for whatever reason will be subject to the cancellation policy).

A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
