date. Cancellations received 60 days (90 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to occupancy are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received 30 days (60 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to occupancy are Non-Refundable unless the property is re-rented to another party for the same rate.
