The villa is very brigh with an incredible amount of windows. <br /> <br /> Features include: gourmet FULLY equipped kitchen, with granite, stainless steel appliances, front load washer and dryer, top of the line gas grill with rotisserie, satellite LCD TV, Bose iPod station and exterior dinning also. Property is a 2 story dwelling with second story open air family room and additional sleeping area for two with lovely ocean views. <br /> Guest house offers 3 piece bath with shower, kitchenette, sitting and dining area with separate sleeping area and opens onto the inground pool. The pool is private with outdoor shower, is completely landscaped with many flowering orchids and shrubs.We have daily maintenance of the pool and gardens. The area offers a large variety of outdoor activities, and there are many organized tours available.
