The building is on a quiet back street with a 24 hour door man for your security. The apartment has hardwood floors whereas the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms have tile. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice maker, and coffee maker. The apartment comes with cooking pots, cooking utensils, china, silverware, glassware, linens, and towels to make you feel at home. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer as well as a iron and ironing board. The loft TV room has a 32" LCD flat screen with a DVD/CD/AM/FM player and WiFi internet connections for your laptop computer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32" LCD flat screen TV, double-paned windows, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a walk in closet. There is double-paned windows on the second floor to reduce the exterior noise. There are two water heaters for the showers to assure enough hot water for our guests.

5 out of 5	I stayed in the duplex in Dec. '08 and it was in a great location. I have stayed in Lima before at another place and I am always going to try to stay here. Everything was outside my door and the duplex is equipped with everything I needed for my stay. They even arranged an airport pickup for me. Thanks a million! John Predham - Jan 27, 2009
