Description - Comfortable vacation condominium in Downtown
Aqua Village 102B is a condo located in Downtown Playa del Carmen, just a few blocks from the beach (850 mts.)
Since "Playa" is a very small town, you can rent a bike, a scooter or walk to the beach and trough the 5th ave.
Is an ideal place for families and groups looking for a calm building. There are 12 condos on it and only 7 are occupied by locals. Condo 102 B is located on the ground floor, just in front of the pool. You can check up the kids while rest on the living room or eat your breakfast on the dining room.
The dining room has a table for 6.
The living room has 2 double sofas and 1 sofa-bed, where you can wathc cable TV or rented DVD movies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to prepare your meals and beverages.
You can dry towels and clothes in the dryer machine and perhaps wash some clothes in the washer and dryer macines we have in the laundry room. The cleaning lady goes once a week and will wash linens and towels for you.
The main bedroom has queen size bed and a TV to relax. The secondary bedroom has also a queen size bed.
the condo has 2 complete bathrooms in each bedroom, both with walking clostes and an extra bathroom (half) or your guests.
The condo also has a designated parking place if you are planning to rent a car so you can visit all the extraordinary natural, touristic and historic attractions like Tulum, Coba, Chichen –Itza, Xel-Ha, Xcaret, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras or others.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $200 usd is required. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable to your personal bank account within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All keys are left on key lock box and all doors units are left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• Parking remote control is left inside the unit upon departure.
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent.
Payments made via credit card will be processed through PayPal.
Money transfers are also permitted, bank account info will be provided.
The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (5) persons.
