Our 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is beautifully furnished, in turn-key condition. Everything you need for a vacation stay is included, from towels, linens, TV, clock radio, kitchenware etc. Cable and water is included in the rent and we can help with connect local phone. A spacious walk-in closet is located in the bedroom. The bathroom has a large sink and bathtub / shower.

The apartment can be rented from 3-7 months, to those tenants over 55 years old. No animals.

Or if you would rather, you can just relax on the screened-in balcony with an intercoastal easterly view and open wiev to the west. From the entrance you have view of the intercoastal, clubhouse, palm trees, and multi-million dollar homes. However, you don't even need a car to enjoy resort-style living here at Snug Harbor.
