Area Description: Within a short 30 minute drive of this ocean-front community are top ranked golf courses, world class shopping centers, the elegant Orange County Performing Arts Center, wonderful spas, the original Disneyland and two large small-boat harbors. San Clemente itself has a a lively beach area, complete with a lovely restaurant on the pier to enjoy a spectacular sunset. Saturday morning brings the farmers market to Del Mar Avenue (the heart of downtown), and there is a wonderful variety of restaurants and wine bars to enjoy all over this very quaint beach town. The beach you can step down to is Calafia Beach - one of the top rated Southern California beaches because unlike most, it has bathrooms, showers, a snack shack and lifeguards. It is just a 15-minute oceanfront walk from the condo to the San Clemente Pier. Bicycles can be rented at North Beach.

CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days or less of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposits. It is recommended that you consider purchasing travel insurance separately to protect you against any unforeseen changes in your travel plans.
STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given for Acts of God or weather issues.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. It’s a small fee for a lot of peace of mind. If you wish to do so, two of the major companies are TravelGuard.com, and TravelSafe.com. You can contact them, or any other company of your choice for quotes and information.
A $600 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded not longer than 30 days after a satisfactory vacancy. Renter is responsible for repair or replacement of anything damaged or broken outside of normal use and courteous care of the property.
50% payment of rental fee is due not less than 60 days prior to occupancy. The balance of the rental fee is due not less than 30 days prior to occupancy. A renter-signed copy of the Rules and the Confirmation Letter are required prior to occupancy.
There is a 10% city bed tax which is waived for rentals that exceed 30 days. A one time $150 cleaning fee will be charged with each rental.
Additional cleaning service throughout your stay and/or meal preparation or in-home chef service is available for an additional fee.
A refundable pet deposit of $200 and a rental fee of $25 per night ($100 per week max) will be applicable with owner approval.

We have safe, underground gated dedicated parking for two vehicles, and there is ample street parking. The unit has a monitored security system. We offer wireless internet access, as well as a computer, fax and copier for your convenience. There is both a 'couples jacuzzi' in the master bathroom, and a community pool and hot tub steps away from your front door. Pets are very welcome with prior approval. The patio is a relaxing oasis for having morning coffee, a sunset cocktail, or enjoy the full size propane gas bar-b-que available for grilling your favorite meats and fresh vegetables. No messy charcoal or lighter fluid to mess with - just turn it on and grill!
