We have vacation cottages both for lease and for sale at our RV Resort in New Braunfels, TX, a quaint town located on IH 35 in between San Antonio and Austin, TX.
These homes will sleep up to 8 people. Each cottage has either a full or queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom and a nice sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottages contain 300 sq. ft. downstairs plus an upstairs loft for the kids that has two double mattresses. (Please note that the ceiling in the loft area is only 3-3 ? feet tall, so it may or may not be suitable for older children or adults).
The cottages are fully furnished, including linens, towels and kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker. A breakfast table with 4 chairs located by the kitchen area comes standard as well.
Sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed in the cottages. However, pets are allowed in our RV sites.
The rental rates for our cottages start at only $125/night for non holiday nights. Discounts are offered for weekly or longer stays. This is one of the best deals in town and we are quickly filling up, so call us now at: 830-625-1919.
