We are close to downtown Oceanside where you find coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, sushi, steak houses, a Movie Theater, and farmers market on Thursdays. SoCal Surf camp is one building in the summer, life guard stations are close, a beautiful grass park is one building over, and you are 2 blocks from Amtrak in Oceanside Ca.
