tops,custom cabinets,exotic tile's throughout the home.The home has
polarized glass throughout so you can avoid glare from the sun while
inside.The home was furnished by a professional local interior
decorator.Home has multiple entrance's,private lanai,and is very
private.Home has computerized A/C,home has ceiling fan's in every
room.This home has it's own water purification system.This property is
very well manicured and has lot's of exotic plant's and land
scape.Property has 24 hour security,and very friendly staff.
This property is made to pamper it's guest's.It has a big tile
infinity pool right on the beach,and a custom jacuzzi hot tub.Also
this pool has a little area for toddlers,attached to it.This property
has it's own private sandy beach,beach chairs and
equipment,cabanas,and out door covered bed's to lounge on.The property
has a 150 ft.,Iron wood boat dock,were any fishing charter,dive boat
or sunset cruise boat on the island will pull in and pick you
up,literally at your front door step,and drop you back off after your
adventure.This property also has a private club house with two
professional size pool table's,and it's own gym,with different type's
of exercise equipment to choose from.Once you get through the front
gates their is a private covered parking stall,and their are golf
cart's guest's can use to drive to the beach house.Maid service is
available upon request.Their is a large section of the ocean in front
buoyed off for swimming and snorkeling,which is some of the best
snorkeling on the island right in front of the home.
