Destin 3 Bedroom Condo - Silver Beach Towers E - 1603 <br /><br />This gorgeous condo is located directly on the world's most beautiful beach. Our home away from home, unit E-1603, is in a luxury Gulf front resort at the heart of Destin's vacation paradise with great views from all rooms! The view of God's masterpiece, the BEACH, from our 16th floor condo is breathtaking! Watch the dolphins, sea turtles, schools of fish, sailboats, fishing boats, sunsets, etc right from your bed as well as the living room dining room, and kitchen. See spectacular views of the Chochtow Bay, it's Mid-Bay bridge, local airstrip, golf course, ball fields plus Destin's lovely skyline at night from the back rooms. This unit spans the whole building. We have two master suites featuring walk in showers, Jacuzzi garden tub, walk in closet, their own balcony access, the third bedroom features nautical decor and a queen bed. There is a full size laundry room, with iron and ironing board. You'll find we've tried to think of everything (so you don't have to think of anything). From a closet full of beach toys, to a hi chair and playpen, to a cooler to take your drinks to the beach, we even supply tupperware for your leftovers.There is no condo closer to the beach! No road or parking lot seperates you from the miles of sugar white sand & crystal clear emerald waters. There is a beautiful lawn besde the twin pools with a gulf-side picnic area complete with gas grills. Families and couples are the condo's specialty. We do not rent to folks under 25. Our building is fully enclosed & very quiet. You are protected from the elements, noise of other guests, housekeepers or street sounds. Open any of the 5 sliding glass patio doors to the world of beach sounds! Semi-private elevators, serving only three rooms on each floor, alleviates wait time. Not to mention underground, gated parking. Across the street you will find amusement parks, ball fields, walking trail, dining & shopping. The Track (go carts, putt putt, bungee, arcade, bumper boats) and Big Kahuna's(water park, go carts, arcade, putt putt) are both within walking distance. The condo was properly represented by the photos and on line information I reviewed. The view of the Gulf and the property at the Silver Beach Towers was wonderful from the balcony. I can't imagine a better location to see everything that was going on. We saw Dolphins playing, a Manatee swimming by, School of fish and a Shark feeding all while sitting on the deck with a cold drink and a book in my hand. There were great restaurants, fast food locations, shopping and sports activities within walking distances of the Condo. Anything else you wanted was within 5 miles and the Sea Food was fresh and fabulous. I can't wait to go back and neither can my adult daughters and their husbands. The security of the building, parking and access to and from route 98 could not have been better and the assistance from the owners and their staff was first class. Harry - May 25, 2012
