Deva 101 Vacation Condo is an exclusive and private rental apartment located just a few steps away from the beautiful Mexican Caribbean ocean and close to the shopping, entertainment and dining strip called 5th Avenue in the beautiful town of Playa del Carmen. The apartment is located on the ground floor with alternate access through the private underground parking level.The condo's open floor plan design makes all social areas viewable from any point and its' double height ceiling creates a spacious area opening up to a natural palm tree in the center on the living room over looking the family room on the second floor mezzanine. The residence is totally equipped to host 6 guests distributed in two bedrooms with a king and queen size beds and the family room with a convertible futon. All the residence is furnished with unique and beautiful items that will satisfy anyone's taste.
Enjoy the sun and water in the condo's roof top ocean view pool and jacuzzi area, use the wooden deck area to sun bath and the lounge bar to prepare foods and beverages.
Visit Deva's official beach club "Canibal Royal" located just a short walk away, get special discounts to eat or drink and spend your day at the beach.

The apartment is situated close to the famous 5th avenue commercial strip and close to many shopping supermarkets or convenience stores. You can find boat, fishing, and adventure activities nearby.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $500 usd is required. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable to your personal bank account within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
• No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All keys are left on key lock box and all doors units are left locked.
• All charges occurred during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• Parking remote control is left inside the unit upon departure.
PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent.
Payments made via credit card will be processed through PayPal.
Money transfers are also permitted, bank account info will be provided.
The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.

- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Cleaning fee: $40
- Other fees: extra services for added fee
- Lodging Tax: 14%
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. Notice: guests who do not follow occupancy rule will be fined $500usd per day of stay for any extra guest.
