As our guests, you can use, free of charge all of the Clubhouse amenities. These include tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, pool, air hockey, a children's play area and a large designer pool. All of the balls, rackets etc are provided. The clubhouse has a large screen TV and DVD where you can relax in the pleasant surroundings of the lounge. You can use the computer and internet free of charge or even bring your own laptop and enjoy using the free internet wi-fi. There are loungers, padded chairs, tables and parasols for those enjoying the pool area and wooden picnic tables for those who want to bring food down and supervise the children at play. For a refundable deposit, DVDs can be borrowed from the Clubhouse DVD library.<br /> <br /> At 3000sqft, Jacksonvilla is a larger than most 6 bedroom/4 bathroom villas, providing you with loads of space and all the comforts you would expect from a luxury villa. The villa is fully air conditioned with some ceiling fans for additional comfort. Our pool and spa area is very private with a conservation area behind and only one villa to the side. The Clubhouse to the other side provides great privacy and a very pleasant outlook. This leads into the large en suite which boasts twin sinks, a corner Jacuzzi bath, a large separate shower, a separate WC cubicle and a walk-in closet.<br /> <br /> Queen bedroom no.1<br /> Also downstairs is queen bedroom with drawers and a closet as well as TV and a clock radio. Just outside this room is the downstairs bathroom which is centrally located. It has a large shower, a WC and a sink unit. <br /> <br /> The kitchen is fully kitted out so you should have everything you need for at home dining. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a toaster, kettle, food processor, can opener and coffee maker. To cater for our UK and Irish guests we have even brought over a tea pot. There is a full range of cutlery and crockery as well as pots and pans. There is a full size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal.<br /> <br /> The utility area is furnished with a large washer and a dryer. You will also find an iron and ironing board as well as brushes, mops and a vacuum cleaner.<br /> <br /> The utility room leads to the double garage. DOWNSTAIRS
The two downstairs lounges are spacious and both have tables, providing the opportunity for adults to occasionally dine in the front formal dining area. There is a tiled floor area in both the kitchen and rear eating area, making it an ideal area for the children to eat. The open plan kitchen and lounge means whoever gets to cook won't miss out on any fun. The open aspect also means it is ideal for supervising the children.

The rear living room opens out on to the pool and spa deck where you have padded loungers(4) and chairs(6). There is an outside table where you can enjoy the outdoor life and enjoy a BBQ while watching the sun go down. The pool can be heated at additional cost and we have the facility now for independent heating of the spa if you only want to pay for this option. Use of the gas BBQ is free.

Master Bedroom
Patio doors in the master bedroom also lead out to the pool deck. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, all the drawers and storage you will need as well as cable TV, DVD, clock radio and a telephone. This leads into the large en suite which boasts twin sinks, a corner Jacuzzi bath, a large separate shower, a separate WC cubicle and a walk-in closet.

Queen bedroom no.1
Also downstairs is queen bedroom with drawers and a closet as well as TV and a clock radio. Just outside this room is the downstairs bathroom which is centrally located. It has a large shower, a WC and a sink unit.

The kitchen is fully kitted out so you should have everything you need for at home dining. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a toaster, kettle, food processor, can opener and coffee maker. To cater for our UK and Irish guests we have even brought over a tea pot. There is a full range of cutlery and crockery as well as pots and pans. There is a full size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal.

The utility area is furnished with a large washer and a dryer. You will also find an iron and ironing board as well as brushes, mops and a vacuum cleaner.

The utility room leads to the double garage. This can still be used to garage cars but has been converted to a game room with pool, air hockey, a basketball game and electronic darts.

The central staircase is accessible from both the front living room or kitchen areas.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, each with TV and clock radio. Most have DVDs. There is a kitchenette which has cupboards, a sink unit and a fridge.

Twin bedroom No.1
Also to the front of the house is the African themed twin bedroom. Again this has cable TV, a DVD player and clock radio. As with all of the bedrooms there is plenty of space supplemented by the large walk-in closet.
