Our place is located 2 minutes from well reknowned rue St-Jean, near by all convenient amenities; including a butcher, bakery, gastronomic restaurant and trendy boutiques. It is close by a school with a nice park for kids to play. You only have 5 minutes to walk to access the inside of old Quebec Walls. We are just on the limit of the upper and lower part of town, which make it very well centralized to access all different part of town by foot; including quartier petit Champlain, Terrace Dufferin, quartier St-Rock and Montcalm.
