Description - Eagles View Bed and Breakfast
Eagle's View B&B offers two rooms for rent on a nightly basis. We serve a gourmet breakfast at 8:30 each morning on fine china, linen, and crystal. We live in a super quiet and safe neighborhood just a few miles from downtown Seattle and the Seatac International airport. We are located above Seahurst Beach Park which has about 5,000 feet of sandy beach and miles of hiking trails. We have a spectacular view from our 400 foot vantage point with secluded romantic areas and quiet natural surroundings. You can hike down the public trail to the sandy beach below or just sit on the deck and view the Olympic Mountains, sailboats, passing ships and soaring eagles. Enjoy watching the wildlife and weather changes as you relax to the lapping waves and the smell of our cedar trees and garden flowers. Are you thinking romance, honeymoon or quick getaway? Are you a business traveler looking for peace and quiet?Sound View Room: This is the smaller of our two rooms with a Queen size bed, and maximum occupancy of 2 people. It does have an amazing view of the Puget Sound. Your room has a private entry, refrigerator, ice maker, high speed wired and wifi internet, microwave, air-conditioning, private jetted Jacuzzi tub, coffee maker, writing desk, VCR, DVD, TV, extra pillows, movies, bathrobes, hair dryer, magnifier mirror, games, books, tourist guides, maps, etc.
Garden View Room: This is the smaller of our two rooms with a Queen size bed, and maximum occupancy of 2 people. It does have an amazing view of the Puget Sound. Your room has a private entry, refrigerator, ice maker, high speed wired and wifi internet, microwave, air-conditioning, private jetted Jacuzzi tub, coffee maker, writing desk, VCR, DVD, TV, extra pillows, movies, bathrobes, hair dryer, magnifier mirror, games, books, tourist guides, maps, etc.

Rental Rates for this Vacation Rental Property
Summer Season requires two night minimum stay from May through September. Rates in the Summer are $189 for the Sound View Room and $209 for the Garden View Room. These rates can be reduced by $20 per night if you do not want the breakfast. Winter rates are reduced another $20 per night per room and only require a one night stay.

- Minimum stay: 0 nights
- Lodging Tax: 9.50%
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS:
• $25 Non-refundable fee for processing and receiving a Confirmation Letter.
• This $25 dollars will be credited back to your account when checking in.
CANCELLATIONS:
• If you cancel within 7 days prior to your stay, or are a no show, your credit card will be charged for the full amount unless another guest can be secured for that time period. There are no refunds on early departures.
RULES AND REGULATIONS YOU AGREE TO:
• Check in time is 3:00PM. You can check you bags in early – call us.
• If you are arriving at a later time let us know so we can be here for you.
• Check out time is 11:00AM.
• Gourmet hot breakfast is served at 8:30AM
• Cold breakfast can be arranged for early departures.
• NO open flames or candles allowed in the house.
• NO heavy drinking. If you become drunk you will be asked to leave.
• NO SMOKING in the house. There are areas outside with ashtrays.
• NO Pets are allowed and none live here at Eagles View B&B.
• NO Children unless they are at least 10 years old.
• The Sound View room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
• The Garden View room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.
